Mobile Welding Fume Extractor

This light-duty weld fume extractor provides a flexible, portable fume extraction solution for manual MIG welding/gas metal arc welding/GMAW/stick welding applications, including stainless steel welding. Universal wheels allow the unit to be easily moved around the shop. Movable Dust Collector

Mobile welding fume extractors go where you need them, suck up what you'd rather not breathe in, and are easily maneuverable for the best effect. The extraction arm is used of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth steel tubing make this fume extraction arm easy to work with and keep it near the source of the air contaminants. So contaminants including dust, fumes, smoke and more are removed right at their source.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

What's the package?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
