The MLWF2000DM-20T-Ultra Grinding Dust Collection Cabinet, paired with a telescopic room, features branded motors and electrical components plus automatic pulse cleaning for efficient dust control during large workpiece grinding. Optional explosion-proof devices are available for specific material applications.

  • Telescopic Room

     
    1. The telescopic grinding room can be customized according to the size of the workpiece. The room ventilation volume can be adjusted by raising and lowering the rolling shutter door to form a semi-enclosed environmentally friendly dust removal room. When not in use, the room can be retracted and does not take up space.

  • PLC Intelligent Control System

     
    1. Equipped with the intelligent control system independently developed by Moland, all function control and feedback information are displayed on the PLC screen.
    2. Important parameters are password-protected to prevent misoperation.

  • Explosion-proof Configuration

    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

What's the package?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
