To effectively improve the workshop working environment, protect the health of frontline employees, and eliminate safety hazards caused by dust and fume pollution, this fume and dust control project focuses on the two core pollution sources in the manufacturing workshop: welding and grinding. It specifically addresses the collection and treatment of fumes and dust, constructing a green, safe, and compliant production environment, and strengthening the environmental foundation for the company's high-quality development.
The welding area in the manufacturing workshop comprises four spans, primarily handling fumes generated from gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, laser welding, and robotic automated welding. The fumes generated during welding contain a large amount of harmful particulate matter, polluting not only the workshop environment but also endangering worker health. Therefore, this project will utilize a scientifically designed Moland blow-suction dust collection system. The dust collector is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and a PTFE membrane filter, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%. This ensures precise capture and efficient purification of welding fumes, achieving fume and dust control compliant emissions.

Besides the welding area, four grinding areas within the manufacturing workshop are also key targets for dust pollution control. These areas primarily handle dust generated from grinding, rust removal, polishing, and wire drawing processes. This type of dust consists of fine particles that diffuse rapidly and easily adhere to equipment surfaces and workers' clothing. It not only affects production precision but also poses a potential threat to employee health. Therefore, this project specifically equips suitable dust collection and treatment equipment, namely Moland's grinding dust collection cabinets. This dust collection equipment is equipped with not only high-efficiency filters but also a PLC intelligent control system, enabling real-time collection, filtration, and treatment of dust to ensure emissions meet standards.

The implementation of this project is not only a concrete measure for the company to fulfill its environmental responsibilities and practice green production concepts, but also an important action to protect employee occupational health and improve workshop management. Effective control of welding fumes and grinding dust will significantly improve the workshop working environment, reduce occupational health risks, help the company achieve synergistic development of environmental protection and production, and create a safer and more comfortable working space for employees.
