Recently, the welding fume purification project has been fully installed. Currently, the project has officially entered the commissioning phase. It effectively solves the problem of welding fume pollution in the workshop, protecting the occupational health of employees. II. Precise Analysis of Working Conditions, Customized Welding Fume Extraction Solution

The fume treatment area in the workshop covers an area of 2904m², 66m long and 44m wide. There are multiple welding stations within the area, with large welding workpieces and a wide operating range. Traditional mobile welding fume extractors have drawbacks, with limited coverage, failing to meet the workshop's fume collection needs. Therefore, the project team precisely analyzed the working conditions and tailored a treatment solution. The solution adopts a overall blowing and suction dust collection method, equiped 6 dust collectors. This dust collector is equipped with a flame retardant coated filter with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 microns, ensuring that the purified air meets emission standards.

III. Optimizing Intelligent Equipment to Fortify the Core Defense Line of Welding Fume Extraction Equipment

To guarantee welding fume purification effectiveness and stable equipment operation, this project selected the MLWF series purification equipment. This series boasts significant core advantages, employing independently developed programming by Moland to achieve intelligent control throughout the entire process. All functional operations, operating status, and feedback information are clearly displayed on the screen, making operation convenient and intuitive. Simultaneously, important parameter settings are protected by a password lock, effectively preventing equipment malfunctions caused by misoperation and further ensuring system stability. Furthermore, its filter media achieves a filtration efficiency of over 99%, efficiently removing fine smoke and dust particles and comprehensively improving purification effects.

During project design, the team strictly considered the actual working conditions of the workshop. The design adhered to the principle of "practicality and reliability as the primary consideration, while also taking into account advanced and efficient technologies," employing mature and stable processing technologies and equipment to achieve a combination of practicality and advanced technology.
