Recently, we have successfully delivered and put the welding dust removal project for Dongfeng Yufeng production line into use. Specifically, it features customized design and efficient purification performance, which effectively solves the welding dust problem. Moreover, it creates a green, safe and compliant working environment for the production line, thereby helping the enterprise improve both environmental protection and production efficiency.
In the early stage of the project, we first conducted an in-depth on-site survey. Then, we combined the actual workshop environment with Dongfeng Automobile’s core needs, and accurately recommended the overall intelligent purification system. We take user needs as the foundation and production process requirements as the design criterion. Besides, we also comprehensively consider the optimization of the working environment, compliance with atmospheric emission standards, reliability of equipment operation and convenience of operation and maintenance. As a result, we strive to create an advanced and economical smoke and dust treatment solution, ensuring all links of the system reach the leading level of similar products at home and abroad.
Aiming at the problem of welding dust overflowing from both sides of the workshop at the vehicle body welding station, we specially adopt a side suction system on both sides. This system not only captures dust efficiently but also does not interfere with the assembly line welding operation. Meanwhile, according to the thermal rising law of welding smoke, we also use a hood-type collection design for the vehicle body welding station. In this way, it not only protects the physical and mental health of workers but also does not affect welding efficiency. Additionally, the core of this project uses a cartridge dust collector, which is matched with one Meilan environmental protection split-type smoke and dust purifier (model: MLWF3500H-32T, air volume: 35000m³/h) to realize centralized treatment of smoke and dust from four welding stations.
Advantages of The Dust Removal System: Intelligent Control & High Efficiency
The dust Removal system comes with a PLC intelligent control system, which can monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time. Furthermore, it realizes precise regulation and abnormal early warning, thus greatly reducing the operation and maintenance cost. In addition, the equipment adopts a high-efficiency cartridge design. Specifically, its purifier efficiency reaches 99.9% and the filtration precision can reach 0.3μm. This design effectively intercepts fine smoke and dust generated by welding, ensures emission compliance, and ultimately helps Dongfeng Automobile practice the concept of green manufacturing.
According to the workshop layout, we reasonably place the main purifier unit and fan on the outdoor platform to save indoor space. At the same time, we install the independent electrical control device in a convenient position in the workshop for easy operation and regulation. Overall, the delivery of this project not only solves the pain point of welding smoke pollution but also highlights our professional strength in the field of industrial dust removal. Moreover, it provides a reliable reference for smoke and dust treatment in the automobile manufacturing industry.
