This MLWF50 Portable fume extractor is designed to collect and clean the dust and smoke generated by welding and grinding. During operation, air is sucked into the mouth of the Suction Hood , through a 58 mm diameter hose, then through the filtration system and finally to the top vent.
When the hood is placed close enough to the source of dust and smoke, the three-stage filtration process will effectively clean the pollution in the air. First, the pre-filter collects large soot particles. Then, smaller particles can be effectively filtered by primary and high efficiency filter plates. The filtered air reaches the indoor emission standard.
