How to solve the air leakage phenomenon of industrial dust collectors?

Industrial Dust Collectors are device that separate dust from smoke, and is also called Industrial Vacuum Cleaner or dust removal equipment. Industrial Fume Extractor, or Industrial Dust Collector, uses underground dust removal water pipes and pressure pipeline roads, adds additives to the water , introduces wind pressure and completes a series of technological processes through special equipment to produce foam, which is sprayed to the dust source through distributors and nozzle bracket components. Industrial Dust Collectors may also leak air.

This phenomenon will cause a series of serious consequences. Industrial Dust Collectors need pulse valve during normal operation. In the event of air leakage, all pulse valves will stop working, tus making the entire dust removal system paralyzed. The general reasons are as follows:

1) The diaphragm of the electromagnetic pulse valve is damaged.

If this is the reason, it can be replaced.

2) There is a problem with the gasket of the pulse valve and it can not make good contact with the end surface. It may be a place with an end face.

There may be rust or other debris during the production process. When we install the Industrial fume extractor, we must remove the surface dust and rust from the end surface, and then the problem can be solved.

3)Industrial Dust Collectors use a submerged pulse valve. If the spray pipe in this equipment is damaged, the compressed air will be directly discharged and can not enter the next cycle.

Solution is to replace a new one.
