When the door is opened, the welding robot stops working to ensure the personal safety of workers entering the welding room.

Power condition monitoring: fault phase overvoltage and undervoltage alarm, overload protection, to prevent motor and electrical parts damage.

Air pressure status monitoring: air source pressure is too low alarm to prevent incomplete cleaning, pressure difference meter visually displays the use of filter element status, pressure difference is too high automatic pulse rotor blowback.

Operating temperature monitoring: The system temperature is too high alarm to prevent fire.

Ash bucket status monitoring: The system senses the lock status of the ash bucket with the ash bucket automatic lifting function to ensure that the ash bucket is in place to improve the seal of the ash bucket and ensure the dust suction effect.

Realize the functions of booking and off-line backblowing

Due to the customer's on-site production needs, the welding room is often not used at the same time, so we have manually operated valves in each smoking port; Open/close at any time according to the use, the inverter will automatically adjust the frequency according to the number of smoking ports opened, to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
