According to the on-site inspection and observation, welding smoke from the car body welding station overflowed from both sides of the workshop, so two-side of the air suction system were adopted. This design can effectively capture smoke and dust without affecting the assembly line welding operation.

The body welding station adopts a hood suction type to effectively collect smoke according to the flow pattern of smoke (the principle of heat rise), which can not only provide workers with a good working environment without affecting the welding efficiency.

According to the layout of the on-site workshop, the Industrial Fume Extractor host and fan are placed on the platform outside the workshop; the independent electronic control device is placed in the workshop to facilitate the start and stop operation of the dust removal system.
