Downdraft tables are workstations that use built-in vacuum systems to pull down dust particles, fumes, smoke or other particulates. These are most often used in grinding, finishing, metalworking, welding, etc. The downdraft tables have a flat work area, with a perforated surface, where particulate is captured by the vacuum system in the unit. Collected particles may run through filters, and are deposited in a dust collection drawer.

  • Flame-retardant PTFE Coated Filter

     
    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.                                                                                                                                          

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Differential Pressure Gauge

     
    1. The pointer of the pressure differential gauge directly displays the pressure differential and detects the use status of the filter cartridge in real time. If the pressure differential is too high, it will automatically backflush and clean the filter.

  • Explosion-proof lighting

     
    1. Aluminum alloy housing, explosion-proof glass lampshade, higher safety factor. 
    2. Cold light source, no stroboscopic radiation, effectively reduce visual fatigue.                                                                           

  • Foldable Side Wings

     
    1. The standard pin-hinged, foldable side wings of the dust and fume extraction table help to efficiently direct airflow and also provide operational flexibility to work on parts that vary in size.
