Welding training is now very common in vocational schools and training centers, but the smoke and dust generated during training can spread everywhere, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of trainers and trainees. How to effectively collect and purify this smoke and dust is a problem that many training institutions struggle with.
Meilan has developed, designed, and manufactured a complete solution for welding training institutions. Welding workstation partitions: The panels used for welding workstation partitions are made of high-quality fireproof rock wool boards, which have insulation, heat preservation, and fire-resistant properties. These panels are installed as a whole, look good, and have a lifespan of 10-15 years.
Noise reduction in welding workshop partition rooms is also essential. Rock wool boards have high noise-reducing capabilities, so they are used for welding workstation partitions. They offer excellent thermal insulation, sound absorption, and fire resistance. Each workstation partition includes an independent electric control box, explosion-proof lights, monitoring system, fire protection system, sliding door, observation window, fresh air grille, and more. Each partition has an independent control valve, and the system automatically senses changes in main pipeline air pressure to adjust the frequency and control airflow, reducing energy consumption in real-time and being efficient and environmentally friendly.
