MLWF400 Industrial Dust Collector
Dust collectors are an important consideration for your facility, and worker safety. Choosing the right model of duct collector will have an impact on air quality in your workplace. Cartridge dust collectors are often used in facilities where very sub-micron particles must be filtered, or where continuous filtration is a requirement. Industrial centralized dust removal system is often used for centralized collection and purification of smoke and dust in metalworking workshops. The system includes industrial dust collector, electronic control system, air duct, terminal collection devices (suction arms, dust collection hoods, etc.)
The MLWF400 industrial dust collector supports dual flexible suction arms for targeted fume capture at two independent welding workstations, and can also connect to pipeline terminal extractors to deliver centralized dust removal across multiple work stations. It comes with an automatic pulse cleaning system and PTFE flame-retardant membrane filter cartridges, delivering ultra-high purification efficiency while slashing long-term maintenance costs. Built-in intelligent control system features automatic shutdown and fault alarm to guarantee safe continuous operation; combined physical buttons and touch screen interface ensure intuitive, user-friendly operation. Perfect for capturing and filtering dry fume & dust generated during welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting, grinding and other industrial processing applications.

Intelligent Control System
Fitted with Moland self-developed intelligent control system, this unit displays all function controls and real-time feedback data clearly on its screen. Core parameters are locked to avoid misoperation, while automatic shutdown and fault alarm functions secure stable and safe continuous running. A premium Siemens control system is also available as an optional upgrade to meet higher industrial control demands.
Fully Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning System
Our multi-angle pulse jet cleaning system delivers powerful air jets straight onto filter cartridges for comprehensive, hassle-free dust removal. Running fully automatic pulse jet cycles that finish within 0.1–0.3 seconds each, the instantaneous burst of compressed air surges into filter cartridges and triggers rapid expansion plus impact vibration, shaking all accumulated dust down into the dust bin for consistent superior cleaning results.
0.3-Micron Ultra-Fine Filtration
This dust collector adopts imported Japanese Toray flame-retardant PTFE-coated polyester filter cartridges. Featuring an ultra-smooth surface ideal for pulse reverse-blow cleaning, the filter media boasts outstanding corrosion resistance and an extended service life. With a 0.3μm filtration precision and over 99.9% filtration efficiency, it reliably removes fine particulate pollutants to meet industrial clean air emission standards.
Large Capacity Dust Collection Drawer
A large-capacity dust drawer is installed at the bottom for convenient dust storage, featuring a pressure rod self-locking structure that enables simple ash disposal. An anti-back-suction device is fitted above the drawer to stop dust inside from being reabsorbed into the filter cartridge chamber during pulse airflow cycles.
Multi-Function Real-Time Monitoring & Fault Alarm System
The machine comes with comprehensive multi-dimensional real-time monitoring and early warning functions. It monitors power conditions and triggers alarms for phase loss, overvoltage and undervoltage faults; tracks compressed air pressure to alert users of insufficient pressure that would result in inadequate filter cleaning; supervises system operating temperature and sends out high-temperature alarms to avoid fire risks; and keeps track of filter cartridge status with a high differential pressure reminder to notify operators of clogged filters in a timely manner.
Nose Reduction Design： Sound-absorbing foam
Featuring a fibrous composition, open-pore structure, and fluffy texture, the sound-absorbing cotton effectively: Absorbs and attenuates noise levels.
It can also be fitted with a silencer.
Optional Explosion-proof Design
For operating conditions requiring explosion protection, the equipment can be equipped with explosion-proof devices, such as explosion-proof fans, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof electrical control boxes, anti-static filter elements, and flameless explosion relief devices.
