It is an essential part of the production process for machinery companies. During grinding, large amounts of dust (from abrasive discs, fiber wheels, and particles), metal shavings (carbon steel, stainless steel, lead, copper), and irritating noise are produced. Since ordinary grinding rooms lack dust removal and noise reduction functions, many companies have tried different methods to reduce pollution from grinding operations, but the results were not ideal. By analyzing the principles of noise reduction and dust removal together, a new concept for noise and dust control has been adopted, effectively addressing both issues.
Grinding is an unavoidable process in mechanical manufacturing, and it produces a lot of dust that significantly pollutes the working environment and poses serious risks to workers’ health. For fixed, small, and lightweight grinding stations, a grinding workstation can effectively absorb and purify dust generated during grinding. However, for dispersed, bulky, heavy, and frequently hoisted grinding stations, a workstation is not suitable for dust absorption and purification. A mobile grinding room is a closed, movable dust removal unit that can extend and contract as needed. It has advantages such as low noise and ease of use and is suitable for large, heavy, and frequently hoisted grinding stations.
Place the workpiece on the table and grind it. Under the suction of the exhaust fan, the dust and debris generated from grinding are drawn into the machine. The dust from grinding does not linger near the operator’s breathing area but is quickly drawn into the main unit with the air current. Dust-laden air passes through a cartridge dust filter system and exits the unit. Larger dust particles are filtered by the fabric bag and fall into the integrated box at the bottom of the main unit, greatly improving the working environment.
Movable Grinding Station: Suitable for small workpieces and flat surfaces for grinding, polishing, engraving, and dust removal, combining side suction with under-table suction.
Grinding Room: Suitable for large, irregular, or heavy workpieces, with side suction cabinet-style dust removal.
Grinding and Dust Extraction Series: Can be equipped with explosion-proof motor fans and explosion-proof switches.
