Dust Removal Case in a Yantai Plasma Cutting Workshop
The workshop has two plasma cutters and two flame cutters, with a table size of 28 meters long and 6 meters wide.
It’s equipped with four sets of Meilan 7.5kW dust collection systems that use a hood-type dust removal method.
Properly sized dust hoods are installed above the gantry and paired with arc shields with curtains that move along with the gantry.
This setup uses a relatively small airflow to handle dust and smoke from the large cutting platform, achieving good dust removal while saving costs.
