MLWF300A/300T/350 Movable Fume Dust Collector
Welding, grinding and cutting operations produce harmful dust particles, fumes and diverse oxides that pose severe respiratory risks to on-site workers. As professional dust removal equipment widely adopted in metalworking workshops, Moland MLWF series dust collectors (MLWF300A, MLWF300T, MLWF350) are engineered to capture airborne contaminants, eliminate workshop debris and purify indoor air comprehensively. This unit adopts Moland self-developed intelligent control system, with all function controls and real-time feedback data clearly displayed on the built-in screen. Core operational parameters are locked with protection settings to avoid accidental misoperation, and a responsive touchscreen interface is available as an optional upgrade for more intuitive one-touch operation.
Fully Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning System
Our multi-angle pulse reverse jet cleaning system delivers comprehensive filter cartridge cleaning with fully automatic operation. Each pulse cleaning cycle only takes 0.1–0.3 seconds; high-pressure compressed air instantly surges into filter cartridges and expands rapidly to generate powerful impact vibration, shaking off accumulated dust completely into the dust hopper for effortless, thorough dust removal.
0.3-Micron Ultra-Fine Filtration
This dust collector adopts imported flame-retardant filter elements made of Toray Japan’s PTFE-coated polyester fiber. Boasting a 0.3μm filtration precision and over 99.9% filtration efficiency, it effortlessly keeps exhaust air within emission standards. The smooth PTFE membrane surface enables efficient pulse reverse cleaning, while the filter cartridge delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and extended service lifespan for long-term stable operation.
Large Capacity Dust Collection Drawer
A large-capacity dust drawer is installed at the bottom for concentrated dust storage, featuring a pressure rod self-locking structure that enables simple and quick dust disposal. An anti-back-suction device is fitted above the drawer, effectively stopping dust inside the bin from being drawn back into the filter cartridge chamber by pulse airflow and maintaining consistent filtration performance.
