The MLWF Grinding/Metalworking Downdraft Table with Vented Back stands out as a fully self-contained functional workstation, combining efficient dust and fume capture with unparalleled operator versatility. Unlike ordinary extraction equipment, its standard configuration integrates both downdraft and backdraft airflow systems—this dual-airflow design significantly enhances the system’s containment efficiency for airborne dust and fumes, especially when performing grinding, welding, and other operations that generate large amounts of particulate matter, ensuring that harmful substances are quickly captured before they spread into the workshop air.
To adapt to the processing needs of parts of different sizes, the dust and fume extraction table is equipped with standard pin-hinged, foldable side wings. Heavy-duty Fuma casters fitted at the bottom support flexible movement and secure locking fixation. Equipped with straightforward button control panel for easy, hassle-free daily operation.
Versatile Replaceable Table Top
This downdraft extraction table comes with interchangeable work surfaces to fit diverse grinding workpiece demands. Multiple material options are available: carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, nylon and polyurethane. A rotary turntable is offered as an optional upgrade to deliver adjustable, precise grinding angles for enhanced processing flexibility.
Multi-stage Filtration System
Adopting a layered multi-stage filtration setup for high-efficiency air purification, including metal mesh pre-filter, primary filter and HEPA filter. Custom filter inserts such as activated carbon filters are available on request. It achieves 0.3μm filtration precision with up to 99.9% dust capture efficiency for thorough fume and particle removal.
