Product Introduction
Methods for collecting and controlling plasma cutting machine smoke and dust: Existing plasma cutting machines, due to their inherent working modes, generate significant heat and smoke during cutting. The smoke and dust produced pollute the environment, and the toxic gases contained during this process can pose health risks to operators. To address this, during plasma cutting, the cutting platform uses air extraction and water adsorption to treat the dust generated during the cutting process. A dust collection device is added to the cutting workbench, which directly delivers the collected smoke-containing gas to a central purifier for treatment before being discharged outdoors or indoors for recirculation. According to the direction of dust collection, it is divided into side-sampling and downward suction types. This treatment method does not cause secondary pollution during operation and is suitable for filtering various dust generated during metal cutting, but it requires a large one-time investment and a long construction period.
Considering both economic investment and treatment effectiveness, the side-suction rubber board sealed negative pressure dust removal method not only saves economic costs but also greatly enhances treatment effectiveness. This system has a suction cart on one side of the workbench that can move with the cutting machine, forming an air duct between several narrow partitions during cutting. This method can achieve good dust removal results with a relatively small air volume. Moreover, this type of dust removal cutting platform is relatively simple, and the overall investment cost is relatively low.
