Intersection Line Cutting Dust Removal Case
Project Features: The workshop has fixed plasma cutting stations for intersecting lines, which produce a large amount of smoke and dust during cutting.
Solution: We adopted a top suction dust removal system. The design connects the chuck at the end of the intersecting line cutting machine to the dust collection duct. The smoke and dust generated during cutting are sucked away through the duct by the main dust collector, then finally enter the dust collector, where they are purified before being discharged to meet standards.
