A dust control project with suction and blowing for the riveting and welding workshop of a car equipment manufacturing company in Tianjin
This project has a total of three workshops, two of which are 80 meters long and 48 meters wide, equipped with eight sets of Melan Environmental 30,000 CFM blow-and-suction dust removal equipment.
Another workshop is 56 meters long and 24 meters wide, equipped with four sets of Moland Environmental Protection 20,000 CFM blow-suction dust collection equipment.
Ducts, air blow outlets, and supply air outlets are added to each set of equipment. Two units work together to create an air circulation layer, so that the smoke generated by welding rises when heated and is captured by the circulation layer, then drawn into the main dust collector. After filtering through the cartridges, it meets indoor emission standards, effectively achieving dust removal and purification in the welding workshop.
Centralized control system: human-machine interaction, status monitoring, remote control, one-button start/stop, all-time protection, and multi-dimensional intelligent global control.
