The No. 1 work area of Shenyang Vocational and Technical College has 20 manual welding stations, using 2 units of 11kW (9000-12000m³/h), each handling 10 stations. Each station uses a universal suction arm for collection, which is convenient to use, easy to operate, and has ideal collection results.
The motor uses a Siemens Bader variable frequency motor, and a wind pressure sensor is installed on the pipeline. The fan's operating power is adjusted in real-time according to changes in the wind pressure inside the pipeline, which greatly reduces energy consumption.
Work Area 2 has a cutting station and a welding station, using a 3kW dust removal main unit with an air volume of 3000-3500 m³/h, and it uses a dust collection hood for collection.
This method has a high collection efficiency and good sealing, so the smoke and dust are less likely to spread.
Work area 3 has 2 manual welding stations and uses a 3kW dust collector with an airflow of 3000-3500 m³/h. It uses a flexible suction arm for collecting dust, which is convenient and flexible.
Work area 4 has 2 welding robot setups, one of which has 2 robots. It uses a 1.5kW high-pressure dust collector with an airflow of 0-1000 m³/h. The fan is a DC brushless variable frequency fan, so the airflow can be adjusted. It uses suction hoses for dust collection, which is convenient and flexible and doesn’t get in the way of the robots.
