This ventilation and dust removal system is mainly used for purifying smoke and dust in the welding area of the maintenance and renovation workshop. The purification method chosen is the 'suction arm and blow-suction' collection method for smoke and dust.
Smoke and dust are collected at the source using a suction arm. Any smoke and dust not fully captured by the suction arm is then collected and purified a second time by the blow-suction dust removal equipment, maximizing the purification of smoke and dust produced in the workshop.
The purified gas is collected and discharged outside the workshop through pipes. The main unit of the suction arm uses an intelligent variable frequency control system, which automatically adjusts the fan speed based on changes in duct air pressure and shuts off unused suction ports.
Blow-suction overall flue gas purification mode:
The airflow engineering design forms a horizontal vortex in the suspension area at 3.5-8.5 meters, capturing 95% of the smoke without interfering with the crane.
Cantilever flexible point mode: Forms a horizontal vortex in the welding area, capturing 95% of the smoke without interfering with the crane.
Cantilever flexible point mode: Manually guided exhaust arm (8 meters high, 210° rotation) with VFD fan (15-75 kW) can reduce energy waste by 66% during light-load operations.
