This equipment is used for titanium alloy polishing workstations.
The equipment layout should be reasonable and compact, focusing on energy-saving measures and efficient use of energy, ensuring long-term reliable operation, and meeting the pollutant emission standards in the environmental assessment report. It should comply with relevant national policies and regulations on environmental protection and occupational health and safety.
This project includes 4 sets of polishing and dust removal equipment, including one polishing room.
Purpose of the equipment and main products processed: Used at the titanium alloy grinding workstation.
The grinding room has a steel frame structure with an anti-corrosion keel, and the panels are made of carbon steel sheet metal with a sprayed finish. Air ducts are installed on both sides of the roof, and air purified by the equipment is blown into the room through the ducts. It can also achieve internal air circulation.
A retractable electric canopy is also installed on the roof, which can be retracted when lifting workpieces and opened to cover the room during operation. To achieve good air supply, air curtains are installed on both sides of the door, forming an invisible doorway to prevent dust from spreading out.

The grinding dust removal cabinet operates in a downward suction and upward exhaust internal circulation mode. Its design principle considers, while meeting production process requirements, mainly the working environment for operators, equipment reliability, and ease of operation and maintenance to improve the workspace environment. Dust-laden air enters the cabinet through the air inlet, first passes through a baffle, evenly dispersing around the filter cartridge, with dust captured on the outer surface of the filter. Purified air is discharged through the top air outlet. Over time, dust accumulates on the filter cartridge, increasing resistance. To maintain effective suction, filter resistance must stay within a set range. A pulse controller sends signals to sequentially open pulse valves, and compressed air sprays from the nozzles into the corresponding filter cartridges, causing the gas inside to expand instantly and shake off the dust into the collection box. The dust collection box uses a pull-out drawer structure, making cleaning quick and easy. The top has a dust unloading plate to ensure all dust falls into the collection box.
