Automatic Welding Central Dust Collection Project for a Heavy Truck Workshop
This is a heavy truck manufacturing company, and one of the automated welding production lines in the workshop needs dust and fume treatment.
Based on the on-site conditions and customer requirements, we’re using a dust collection telescopic enclosure, paired with Meilan Environmental’s 4 sets of 15,000 CFM horizontal cartridge dust collector units.
The dust collector units are placed in suitable indoor locations. Since the workpieces on site need to be lifted by a crane, the top of the telescopic dust enclosure is designed to be extendable.
This makes it easier to crane the workpieces in, and we’ve added arc-shaped curtains around the sides to keep the welding booth relatively enclosed, preventing welding fumes from spreading out.
