MLWF300H-XF Cartridge + Cyclone Dust Collector
Adopting a two-stage purification structure of primary cyclone pre-filtration + precise cartridge filtration, this system delivers a synergistic purification effect where 1+1>2.
The integrated design of cyclone dust removal and pulse filter cartridges perfectly embodies this high-efficiency filtration concept.
As the primary filtration stage, the cyclone separator rapidly captures large particulate dust and impurities via cyclone separation principles. It greatly reduces the load on subsequent filter cartridges and shields filter elements from direct impact by coarse particles to extend their service life.
Serving as the core precision filtration component, pulse filter cartridges with premium filter media and automatic pulse cleaning technology efficiently trap submicron fine dust to guarantee ultra-clean exhaust air that meets strict emission standards.
These two modules complement each other perfectly: the cyclone creates a low-load stable working condition for filter cartridges, while pulse cartridges boost overall purification capacity to achieve deep removal of all types of industrial dust.
