The welding fume purification project in the workshop of a certain environmental engineering company in Luoyang has been completed.
The workshop dust control area is 66 meters long and 44 meters wide. There are multiple welding stations in this area, and the welded parts are relatively large, so mobile welding fume purifiers can't effectively collect the smoke and dust. Therefore, the whole workshop uses a blast-and-suction dust collection method for smoke purification, with 6 main purification units handling the dust control.
The MLWF series products use a program independently developed by Meilan. All functional controls and feedback information are displayed on the screen. Important parameter settings are protected with a password lock to prevent misuse.
For this project, considering its specific conditions and characteristics, we use mature and reliable treatment processes and equipment, balancing practicality and advancement, but focusing mainly on reliability. Management, operation, and maintenance are convenient, with automation considered as much as possible to reduce labor intensity.
While ensuring treatment effectiveness, the design follows principles of saving on investment, space, engineering workload, and operating costs. Equipment is selected from standard products, ensuring stable and reliable operation, high efficiency, easy management, and minimal maintenance workload.
