MLWF350HA Mobile Fume Extractor with Dual-Arm
Engineered for high-efficiency on-site air purification, this mobile fume extractor effectively eliminates welding smoke, grinding dust and various industrial process contaminants, while recycling rare metal particles and valuable workshop materials to maximize resource utilization. Mounted with two directional and two brake-equipped rotary polyurethane casters, the unit offers smooth mobility and stable locking positioning, allowing flexible deployment to any working station for targeted fume extraction.
Featured with two self-supporting flexible extraction arms consisting of premium steel tubing and durable flexible hoses, the system can be freely adjusted and fixed right at the pollution source, capturing dust, smoke and harmful fumes instantly to prevent workshop air contamination. Equipped with an automatic pulse self-cleaning system and two large-area flame-retardant nano filters, it delivers a filtration efficiency of 99.97% for 0.3μm fine particles, fully meeting global industrial emission requirements. Capable of serving two independent welding stations simultaneously, it provides stable, long-term high-standard air purification and greatly improves workshop working safety and hygiene.

Intelligent Control System
This fume extractor is equipped with a full set of real-time monitoring modules that track power status, air pressure levels, operating temperature and filter cartridge condition, giving operators instant visibility over the entire machine’s running state. Should any malfunction arise, the built-in alarm system will activate immediately. For critical issues such as fan breakdown or phase failure, the unit will automatically shut down the fan to avoid secondary damage.
Fully Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning System
Our multi-angle pulse jet cleaning system delivers comprehensive deep cleaning for filter cartridges. Running on fully automatic pulse jet cycles, each short cleaning blast lasts only 0.1~0.3 seconds. When triggered, compressed air surges into each filter cartridge and expands rapidly to create powerful shock vibrations, shaking accumulated dust loose so it falls directly into the dust hopper for effortless waste disposal.
0.3-Micron Ultra-Fine Filtration
Adopting premium nano-coated polyester fiber filter cartridges, this unit boasts ultra-high filtration performance. Its smooth membrane surface supports efficient pulse jet cleaning while delivering outstanding corrosion resistance and extended service life. It achieves a 99.97% capture rate for tiny 0.3μm particulate matter, fully compliant with international industrial exhaust emission standards.
