Polishing is an important step in the production process, widely used in casting, welding, and mechanical processing, and is an essential part of manufacturing in mechanical enterprises. During polishing, a large amount of dust (from grinding wheels, abrasive cloth wheels, and fibers), metal shavings (carbon steel, stainless steel, lead, copper), and other harmful substances are produced, along with loud noise. Ordinary polishing rooms usually lack dust removal and noise reduction functions. To reduce the pollution that polishing operations cause to the production environment, many companies have tried different methods, but with unsatisfactory results. By analyzing and combining the principles of noise reduction and dust removal, a new approach to noise and dust reduction has been adopted, which better addresses both issues.
Polishing is an indispensable step in mechanical processing, but it generates a lot of dust that severely pollutes the working environment and poses significant health risks to workers. We know that for fixed, small, lightweight polishing stations, sanding tables can effectively absorb and purify the dust generated during polishing. However, for dispersed, large, heavy, and frequently hoisted polishing stations, the sanding table is not suitable for capturing and cleaning the dust produced. A mobile polishing room is a closed, movable polishing and dust removal device that can extend and retract. It features low noise and convenient use, making it ideal for large, heavy polishing stations that require frequent lifting.
When placing a workpiece on the table for polishing, the dust, debris, and other particles produced are drawn into the machine by the exhaust fan. This prevents dust from lingering near the operator’s breathing zone and rapidly pulls it into the main unit. The dust-laden air passes through a cartridge filter system and moves outside the machine. Larger dust particles are filtered by the cartridge and fall into the integrated box in the main unit, greatly improving the working environment.
