This project covers a management area of 170,000 square meters and is equipped with six Meilan Environmental 32,000 air volume blow-suction dust removal units. Each unit is fitted with a silencer, making operation much quieter.
The system uses a design with air supply on one side and air suction on the other, creating a stable airflow circulation layer above the workshop to achieve comprehensive dust control. The main dust removal unit can automatically adjust power and air volume based on different working conditions, and all operation controls and feedback information can be intuitively displayed on a screen.
At the same time, the system can detect the pipeline pressure to determine the actual airflow needs of each workstation, automatically adjusting the motor frequency and fan speed to accurately maintain the working area's air speed. This meets the dust removal requirements of different workstations, making the system both stable and reliable, as well as energy-efficient and safe.
