Fully Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning System

Our machine features fully automatic pulse jet cleaning technology. Each cleaning cycle only takes 0.1 to 0.3 seconds. High-pressure compressed air bursts into filter cartridges instantly, creating rapid air expansion and powerful shock vibration. This efficient impulse shakes off accumulated dust thoroughly, letting all captured debris drop neatly into the dedicated dust bin to maintain stable filtration performance long-term.

This dust collector adopts imported Ahlstrom flame-retardant nano fiber filter cartridges. With a precise 0.3μm filtration accuracy and over 99.9% filtration efficiency alongside an ample filtering area, it effortlessly keeps exhaust air compliant with industrial emission standards. The special nano-coated cartridge surface delivers superior dust release during automatic pulse cleaning, paired with outstanding corrosion resistance for stable long-term performance. The average service life of each filter element reaches about 4000 working hours, greatly reducing your filter replacement frequency and overall maintenance expenses.

Large Capacity Dust Collection Drawer

Fitted with a spacious large-capacity dust drawer at the machine bottom, this dust collector adopts a pressure rod self-locking structure, enabling simple, labor-free removal and disposal of accumulated dust waste. An integrated anti-back-suction baffle is installed right above the dust drawer. This specialized device stops dust residue inside the drawer from being drawn back up into the filter cartridge compartment by strong pulse airflow, protecting filter elements from secondary contamination and sustaining consistent filtration performance.

All-Round Real-Time Monitoring for Safe Production

The dust collector features full multi-dimensional monitoring to eliminate hazards and ensure stable operation. It tracks power status and alarms for phase loss, overvoltage or undervoltage faults. Compressed air pressure monitoring triggers low-pressure alerts to avoid incomplete filter cleaning.
