MLWF170HA-2TEX/200HA-2TEX/250HAS-2TEX Explosion-Proof Series Industrial Dust Collector
The Moland Explosion-Proof Series Industrial Dust Collector comes standard with comprehensive safety configurations, including explosion-proof fans, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof electrical control cabinets, anti-static filter cartridges, flameless venting devices, reverse explosion isolation valves, wind speed sensors, wind pressure sensors, differential pressure sensors, temperature sensors and fire extinguishers. Powder injection systems and cyclone dust separators are available as optional upgrades.
This complete dust extraction solution is specially developed for dust control in the pharmaceutical industry. It handles dust generated during multiple production processes: crushing, stirring, granulation, mixing, milling, micronization, drying, compaction, vibrating screening, blending, coating, weighing, pulverizing, sampling, dosing and packaging.
Equipped with Moland self-developed intelligent control system, the unit monitors operating conditions in real time and provides early fault warnings to guarantee secure continuous operation. The automatic pulse jet cleaning system maintains filter cartridges at consistent high filtration efficiency. Anti-static filter cartridges eliminate ignition risks to secure workshop production. User-friendly dust hoppers enable convenient ash removal and routine maintenance.

Fully Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning System
Its fully automatic pulse jet cleaning system delivers multi-angle air jets toward filter cartridges for thorough, effortless ash removal. Each short pulse lasts only 0.1–0.3 seconds; compressed air surges into cartridges and expands instantly to create powerful shock vibration, shaking accumulated dust off and dropping it into the dust hopper efficiently.
0.3-Micron Ultra-Fine Filtration
Equipped with membrane-coated anti-static filter cartridges, this filter media delivers 0.3μm filtration accuracy and over 99.9% filtration efficiency to meet emission standards. Featuring a smooth surface for effortless pulse cleaning, it boasts outstanding corrosion resistance and an extended service lifespan.
Explosion-proof Centrifugal Fan
Designed for dust collectors processing combustible and explosive dust. Adopting anti-spark structure, this certified fan avoids spark generation inside the air duct. It supplies stable suction power and meets industrial safety requirements. Ideal for workshops producing aluminum, magnesium or plastic dust to eliminate dust explosion risks.
Complete Explosion Protection Accessories (Optional)
