The welding dust removal project on Dongfeng Motor's Yufeng production line has been put into use
Based on the on-site inspection, taking into account the site environment and the client's requirements, it is recommended to use an integrated intelligent purification system.

We strive to make the structure design, equipment appearance, and supporting facilities of this dust removal system reach the most advanced level of similar domestic and international products, doing our utmost to provide users with the most comprehensive and economical dust and smoke control solution.
According to on-site observations, welding smoke at the car body welding stations spills out from both sides of the workshop, so a two-sided side suction system is used. This design can effectively capture smoke without affecting assembly line welding operations.
The car body welding stations use a hood-type suction system based on the smoke flow pattern (thermal updraft principle) for efficient smoke collection, providing workers with a better working environment without affecting welding efficiency.
Four car body welding stations share one Meilan Environmental split dust purifier (MLWF3500H-32T, airflow: 35,000 m³/h) for centralized treatment.
According to the workshop layout, the main dust purifier unit and fan are placed on an external workshop platform, while the independent electrical control device is placed inside the workshop for convenient operation of the dust removal system.
