Industrial dust collectors can be used in many places. Today, a well-known large software group's dust purification system has been installed and delivered to the customer.
The client has very strict requirements for dust purification on-site. Based on the working conditions, we used a hood suction method and paired it with a Meilan Environmental 3000-capacity dust collector to handle dust purification for two workstations.
The dust cover can move up and down, making it easy to work on pieces from different heights. With arc-curtain flaps around it, a smaller airflow can handle a lot of dust, achieving good dust removal and saving costs.
The external PLC display and differential pressure gauge clearly show the equipment’s operating status.
