On-site case of centralized welding dust collection in a large workshop
The Randy workshop has a total of 38 welding stations. Based on the layout of the stations on-site, dust is removed in concentrated zones. An 11KW unit handles 9 welding stations, using wall-mounted suction arms that are easy to move and provide ideal collection results. A 45KW unit handles 29 stations; because the workpieces are relatively large, it uses a crossbeam plus suction arm setup, which covers a wide area and collects dust effectively. All of the above suction arms use Nederman-style hoods, which have high collection efficiency and good sealing. The 45KW main unit is equipped with a frequency converter that automatically adjusts the frequency according to the number of stations to save energy.
