Blow-suction dust removal uses a combination of blowing and suction airflows to create a ventilation stream, making it an effective way to control the spread of pollutants. This method involves placing blower outlets on two middle columns or on one side column (wall) of a single span, and installing suction inlets on the opposite wall column, forming a circulating airflow that carries smoke and dust into the purification unit for overall dust cleaning in the workshop.

Blow-suction internal circulation dust removal system

This system is suitable for welding large structural parts where the welding positions are not fixed and the workpieces are big, making it difficult to capture welding smoke. It can automatically adjust the fan speed based on the smoke concentration in different areas of the workshop, reducing energy consumption.

Working Principle of the Blowing-Suction Circulation System

The blowing-suction dust removal system with air supply ducts uses one or more dust removal devices. The supply and return air ducts are arranged along the length of the workshop, with multiple air outlets spaced along the ducts. The supply ducts are positioned below the air ducts.

The height of the dust removal ducts is adjusted according to the suspension height of welding fumes in the workshop (usually 4–6 meters), and the supply ducts are arranged along the columns (height 2–3 meters).

This dust removal system uses a combination of supply ducts and air outlets to deliver air, making the airflow in the workshop more uniform and sending purified air directly into the welding area, speeding up the movement of welding fumes in the welding zone.
