The central dust removal system in Anhui Mechanical Manufacturing's welding workshop has been installed and is now in use.
A heavy machinery manufacturing welding workshop has nine welding stations and uses a centralized dust collection system. It operates a Meilan 30KW dust collector with an air volume of 30,000 m³/h. The dust collector's main control system uses Meilan's self-developed PLC smart dust control system, and its touchscreen display shows the operating status of the equipment.
In the workshop, there's a main duct laid out, with nine adjustable suction arms installed at different positions to handle the smoke and dust from the nine welding points. Each suction arm has its own switch for easier operation. The hoods are placed near the welding points and can move within a certain range along with the equipment.
The main duct is connected to the outdoor dust collector, concentrating the smoke and dust from the nine welding points for processing.
