MLWF380HD Movable Fume Extractor with Dual-Arm
This high negative pressure fume purification unit is ideal for robotic welding, manual welding with environmentally friendly torches, polishing, and other working conditions. Source capture delivers superior purification performance, safeguarding workers’ health and helping enterprises meet environmental compliance standards.
Powered by a premium high-negative-pressure fan, the MLWF380HD mobile dust collector supplies an airflow rate of 3800 cubic meters per hour alongside 3800 Pa strong static negative pressure, generating robust suction to trap welding fume, grinding dust and fine particulates right at generation sources.
Featuring a fully automatic pulse self-cleaning system paired with nano-coated flame-retardant filter cartridges, the unit maintains consistent high filtration performance without frequent manual filter brushing or replacement, cutting downtime and lowering long-term operation costs.
Two flexible articulated extraction arms come as standard, enabling simultaneous dust extraction at two separate workstations to maximize workshop purification efficiency. The mobile wheeled frame allows flexible relocation following moving welding stations, realizing true point-of-source dust containment instead of passive ambient air cleaning.
