MLWF350H Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
The MLWF350H Mobile Welding Fume Extractor is a versatile high-performance industrial air purification solution designed specifically for workshop welding fume removal. Featuring a unique dual cleaning system that combines fully automatic pulse jet cleaning and manual mechanical rapping cleaning, this portable welding fume purifier solves the core pain point of traditional extraction equipment, enabling tool-free and filter-cartridge-free disassembly dust cleaning even in working environments without compressed air supply. It delivers stable long-term filtration performance and greatly reduces daily maintenance difficulty for various industrial welding scenarios.
Powered by a high-performance 3KW negative pressure fan, this mobile welding fume extractor provides strong and stable suction power to ensure efficient fume capture at workstations. It supports an adjustable air volume of 3000–3500m³/h, which easily absorbs and removes large amounts of fine welding smoke, dust and harmful particulate matter generated during welding operations, effectively improving workshop air quality and meeting industrial environmental protection standards.
Equipped with two pieces of flexible universal extraction arm, the machine supports free multi-angle rotation and arbitrary hovering, allowing precise positioning right above the welding source. It realizes accurate source fume extraction, avoids the diffusion of welding smoke, and maximizes the overall purification efficiency of the equipment.
To guarantee superior filtration and easy maintenance, the MLWF350H adopts high-quality flame-retardant PTFE membrane filter cartridges.
