MLWF280/280-Plus Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
MLWF280 and its upgraded MLWF280-Plus are cost-effective mobile welding fume extractors specially developed for standard dry welding conditions. Compatible with electric arc welding, argon arc welding and CO₂ shielded welding, they handle non-oily welding smoke and fume perfectly for small & medium fabrication workshops.
Core filtration adopts spark arrestor + flame-retardant filter, which trap sparks and large particles at first stage - spark arrestor and filter fine metal particles efficiently for enhanced operational safety. The 360° rotating flexible suction arm locates directly above the welding point to suck up hazardous fumes before they spread, effectively preventing respiratory damage to operators.
Designed with all-direction universal wheels plus self-locking wheels, the fume smoke extractor can be freely transported between scattered welding stations and firmly secured without sliding while working. Compact structure, easy filter replacement and low daily maintenance make it an ideal basic air purification device for general welding workshops.

A spark arrest mesh at the arm hood instantly catches sparks and large particles, paired with a secondary spark trap under the arm. This dual barrier blocks sparks and coarse debris from damaging filter, extending filter lifespan and cutting replacement expenses.
0.3-Micron Ultra-Fine Filtration
Features a PTFE-coated polyester fiber/Nano filter cartridge offering high filtration efficiency (99.97% at 0.3 microns); the smooth surface facilitates easy cleaning, while the material provides excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.
Pure Copper-Core Branded Motor
