MLWF200HD Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
Equipped with a 3KW turbo fan, the MLWF200HD mobile welding fume extractor delivers powerful suction and ultra-high negative pressure for efficient smoke capture. It adopts flame-retardant nano filter cartridges featuring large filtration area and superior precision to trap fine hazardous particulates.
The flexible extraction arm rotates 360° and stays fixed at any angle, enabling direct source-side fume collection across diverse working conditions. Integrated intelligent PLC control with touchscreen panel simplifies all operations, while the automatic pulse cleaning system drastically cuts daily maintenance workload.
Built with a portable wheeled structure, this unit can be freely relocated to wherever fume treatment is needed. Ideal for smoke and dust purification in welding, cutting, grinding and other metal processing applications.
