Built with a multi-stage filtration system, this industrial fume extractor first captures large debris and hot sparks via a built-in spark arrestor and pre-filter, effectively protecting the main filter cartridges and eliminating potential fire hazards. At the core of the filtration system are imported PTFE membrane-coated polyester filter cartridges, boasting a high filtration efficiency of ≥99.9% for 0.3μm fine particles. The professional hydrophobic and flame-retardant membrane not only complies with strict industrial fire safety standards but also prevents dust accumulation, ensures effortless dust release, and extends the filter service life to 3,000–4,000 operating hours, greatly reducing replacement costs and downtime.

Equipped with an intelligent automatic pulse jet cleaning system, the extractor precisely monitors filter loading status via a differential pressure sensor. It triggers 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air pulse cleaning at set cleaning parameters and supplying consistently maintaining stable, optimal airflow performance. Featuring a high-efficiency centrifugal fan and optimized low-resistance duct & impeller design, the unit achieves a powerful airflow of 2,500 m³/h with ultra-low 1.5kW power consumption, balancing strong suction capacity and outstanding energy-saving performance to cut long-term operational costs.
