MLWF120/130/200/200-Plus Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
The MLWF120, MLWF130 and MLWF200 series mobile welding fume extractors feature a space-saving compact structure paired with robust suction performance, standing out as cost-effective portable dust removal solutions. Engineered primarily for entry-level workshop deployment or light-duty welding applications with low-volume fume generation, this line of extractors delivers reliable on-site air purification without occupying excessive floor space.
High mobility is one of the core advantages of these units. Equipped with swivel wheels and self-locking casters, each extractor can be effortlessly relocated to any welding station on demand. It instantly captures harmful welding fumes, metallic smoke and fine particulate matter before these pollutants disperse into the ambient air and get inhaled by operators. The streamlined body design also enables flexible steering and smooth manoeuvring during daily operation, ensuring consistent optimal extraction efficiency at all working positions.
Matching the host unit is a premium self-supporting extraction arm built with multi-angle self-locking articulated joints, wear-resistant flexible rubber hoses and steel pipelines. This well-structured arm maintains stable positioning at any desired angle without extra support, always staying closely positioned right above the fume generation source. Thanks to this close-capture design, all airborne pollutants — covering welding fumes, metallic smoke, grinding dust, fine particulate residues and other hazardous industrial aerosols — are extracted and filtered directly at their emission point.
