MLWF110A Mobile Welding Fume Extractor
The MLWF110A mobile filtration device is professionally engineered to eliminate hazardous welding fumes directly at worksites. Equipped with an automatic pulse jet cleaning system and a sophisticated 3-stage filtration configuration consisting of a spark arrester, cartridge filter and HEPA filter, this fume extractor delivers exceptional purification performance that exceeds industrial emission standards, effectively protecting operators from harmful airborne pollutants and safeguarding long-term worker respiratory health.
Built with a robust and durable housing structure, the MLWF110A features an ergonomically designed handle and a four-wheel mobility system, including 2 universal casters and 2 obstacle-surmounting wheels. The user-friendly structural design allows effortless flexible relocation across various workstations to accommodate diverse production layouts.
Versatile for extensive welding applications, the unit supports multiple welding processes such as MIG, MAG, TIG, GMAW, FCAW and manual stick arc welding. To further adapt to varied working scenarios and operating radii, the MLWF110A is compatible with a full range of extraction arms. The suction hood can be easily positioned right above the fume generation points to capture welding smoke and dust at the source, preventing fume diffusion and maintaining a clean, safe workshop environment.

0.3-Micron Ultra-Fine Filtration
Utilizes flame-retardant Nano filter cartridge, offering high filtration efficiency and a smooth surface that facilitates easy reverse-blowing, exhibits strong corrosion resistance, and ensures a long service life.
3-Stage Progressive Filtration System
Spark Arrestor: Blocks sparks, hot slag and coarse particles to prevent filter burnout, mitigate fire hazards and prolong cartridge lifespan.
High-efficiency Filter Cartridge: Core filter cartridge captures fine welding fumes, achieving 99.9% filtration for 0.3μm particles to remove tiny metal dust and air pollutants.
Optional Customized Filter: HEPA filter for ultra-fine particles or activated carbon filter to eliminate odors and harmful gases.
Pure Copper-Core Branded Motor
Equipped as standard with a domestic-brand pure copper-core motor, delivering ample power and stable operation.
