This single-cylinder cyclone dust collector features a compact vertical design with a cylindrical upper body and conical lower section, finished in durable blue powder-coated paint for corrosion resistance. The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty steel support frame with adjustable feet for stable floor installation. The tangential inlet at the top (with bolted flange) creates a high-velocity vortex that separates dust from the airflow, while the conical bottom guides collected dust into the removable collection bin secured with quick-release latches for easy disposal. The top-mounted clean air outlet allows direct connection to exhaust ductwork. Ideal for small to medium airflow applications (1,000–5,000 m³/h), this cyclone is perfect for small workshops, welding stations, or as a pre-filter stage in multi-stage filtration systems. 
Finished in high-visibility yellow powder coating for safety and durability, the unit features a tall cylindrical body with a conical discharge hopper mounted on a heavy-duty steel frame equipped with swivel casters for easy repositioning. The tangential inlet at the top (with flanged connection) generates powerful cyclonic separation, while the large cylindrical collection drum at the bottom (secured with quick-release clamps) provides ample dust storage capacity. The side-mounted support rod adds stability during operation. With its wheeled mobility and robust construction, this cyclone is ideal for facilities where dust collection needs to follow the work—move it to different welding bays, grinding stations, or production lines as needed. 
This multi-cyclone dust collector system features three parallel cyclone units mounted on a single heavy-duty steel support frame, designed for high-volume airflow applications (10,000–30,000 m³/h). The system is finished in industrial gray powder coating for long-lasting corrosion protection. A rectangular manifold plenum at the top connects all three cyclone outlets to a single circular exhaust duct, ensuring balanced airflow distribution across all units. Each cyclone features a cylindrical body with a conical bottom and individual dust discharge outlets, allowing simultaneous dust collection from all three stages. The parallel configuration provides higher total airflow capacity than a single large cyclone while maintaining separation efficiency, and allows continued operation even if one unit requires maintenance.
