Fine dust emissions arise during grinding and polishing of surfaces of metal or plastic workpieces. Their harmful, often toxic effects make working with these substances a problem for industry.

1. Grinding Downdraft Table for small workpiece grinding and polishing dust collection

The Grinding Downdraft Table is designed with a three-side surrounded structure to effectively control the dust. The table surface is a dust suction port, which collects the dust at the generation point and efficiently prevents the dust from spreading in time. After the dust is filtered and purified by a high efficiency flame retardant Cartridge Filter with an accuracy of 0.3um, the clean air is directly discharged into the room to keep the workshop air clean. The filtered dust is collected in the dust collection drawer to prevent secondary pollution and at the same time to recycle precious metal materials.

2. Grinding cabinet with telescopic or fixed room

The Telescopic Grinding Room is a kind of environmentally friendly dust removing ventilation room that can be selected according to the size of the workpiece in actual use, and the ventilation volume of the room can be adjusted to form a semi-closed room. It can be collapsed and folded into one place when not in use. One side is equipped with grinding cabinets to collect and filter grinding dust, and the other side is equipped with a rolling shutter, which can adjust the size of the opening to control the air intake. Its periphery is made of wear-resistant and flame-retardant canvas, which has a longer service life. 3. Centralized grinding dust collection system

The centralized grinding and polishing dust collection system and be used if your workshop has many grinding stations. The system contains a Industrial Dust Collector, air ducts, and suction ports. As per your grinding machine model, the end suction ports can be hood suction type, downdraft suction type, or top suction type.
