Grinding dust collector is a two-stage dust removal system composed of aerodynamic separation device (multi-stage inertia principle) filter cartridge. The aerodynamic separation device consists of a series of tapered rings, gradually decreasing inward from the air inlet, with a certain gap between the rings. According to the principle of aerodynamics, after the dust-laden gas passes through the ring body, the large particles are continuously separated, most of the dust falls into the dust collecting bucket of the dust collector, and the air and part of the fine dust enter the filter element for filtration, which greatly reduces the dust removal load of the filter element and improves the fine filter. The service life of the filter element The dust removal efficiency of the aerodynamic separation device reaches 90%, and the other 10% of the dust is filtered and removed by the filter cartridge. The grinding dust collector is a hollow long cylinder with an outer diameter of 350mm, an inner diameter of 235mm, a cylinder height of 660mm, and a polytetrafluoroethylene film attached to the surface. Very small sieve holes block the dust particles above 0.5um, and gather on the surface of the filter material to form a permeable dust filter cake, so that most of the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter material, and the surface is smooth and does not adhere to dust. The filtration efficiency is more than 99.9%, the emission concentration is 100mg/m3, and the emission rate is 5.9 kg/h.
The filter element is placed vertically, the two sides of the vacuum cleaner are opened, the cartridge seat and guide angle are set, and the cartridge is fixed with a quick chuck. When installing, just push the cartridge along the guide seat, and then place it vertically relative to the traditional filter cartridge, avoiding maintenance. Compared with the traditional horizontal placement, it has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, good dust removal effect and long service life.
The grinding dust collector adopts the pulse jet dust removal method, and the pulse jet is controlled by the timing controller. There is a pressure difference on both sides of the diaphragm, the diaphragm is displaced due to the pressure difference, and the pulse valve is opened. At this time, the compressed air is ejected from the air bag through the pulse valve through the small hole of the injection pipe (the gas injected from the injection pipe is primary air) , The high-speed airflow induces the surrounding air (called secondary air) to the filter element several times the primary air through the venturi inducer, so that an instantaneous positive pressure is generated in the filter element to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
