Reason 1: too much welding smoke, beyond the range of welding smoke purifier. Different welding wires, welding materials and welding processes produce a huge difference in the amount of welding smoke, so it is necessary to select dust collectors with different air volume for smoke collection. If the user chooses a Dust Collector with general air volume for a large amount of welding smoke, the smoke will not be absorbed naturally. This situation is not a quality problem, but a model mismatch.

Solution: replace the welding fume filter with higher power.

Reason 2: the suction arm or Suction Hood is blocked by dust and debris, resulting in poor airflow and decreased suction.
Solution: at this time, the equipment should be disassembled and the corresponding blockage should be cleaned up. And make a regular plan to clean up the blockage at the suction port or the dust collection bucket interface.

Reason 3: the filter element is blocked. This is the most common reason for users to keep the smoke in. When the dust is filtered, small dust particles will "stick" on the surface of the filter element. With the filtration of a large amount of dust, a layer of dust will be accumulated on the surface of the filter element, which will block the filter hole of the filter element, so that the wind force of the fan will be greatly reduced, thus causing the situation of the immovable flue gas.
Solution: clean filter element regularly, spray dust with pulse ash cleaning device, adjust cleaning cycle of equipment, shorten time of ash cleaning period, clean up the blockage on filter cartridge, prolong life, but change filter element once a year.

Reason 4: the fan appears loose or sliding phenomenon, which leads to poor dust collection effect and smaller suction air volume.
Solution: the reason is that the fan is used for a long time, which can be fixed or replaced by maintenance.

Reason 5: the leakage caused by the poor sealing of the box of the welding smoke purifier. The box or parts are connected with cracks which will greatly disperse the wind force, and the air leakage loss is huge. Only a small suction force is available at the air suction outlet, and welding smoke can not be collected.
Solution: the quality problem of the manufacturer can be returned.
