This project is for an electric vehicle manufacturer‘s new workshop, including welding area of more than 30,000 square meters, layout of 300 welding robots and 860 manual welding positions, welding workpiece are electric tricycle parts.

Fume collection program: blowing and sucking type centralized dust removal

Treatment workshop: The workshop is divided into 8 spans, with dimensions of 180 meters long, 4 spans of 20 meters wide and 4 spans of 30 meters wide;

The volume of the workshop to be treated is 180m (total length) × 200m (width) × 5m (height of suction outlet arrangement) = 180,000m³.

The national standard specifies that the total dust concentration ≤ 4mg/m³, according to the ventilation manual and the concentration of indoor pollutants, take the number of air exchanges for 8 times per hour, the total air volume is: 180,000 × 8 = 144,000m³/h, taking into account the loss of air volume and pipeline wind resistance, so at least 70 sets of MLWF2000-C blowing and suction dust removal hosts, a single set of air volume of 20,000m ³ / h, the total air volume of 1400000m³/h.

And the clean gas is filtered and purified by the cartridge, and flows into the clean room from the center of the cartridge, and the clean air is discharged through the outlet indoor to meet the standard.
