The third span is 56m long and 24m wide, matched with 4 sets of 20,000m^3/h air volume (11800 CFM) blowing-suction dust removal equipment. All equipment meets industrial dust removal standards and adapts to large-scale auto workshop scenarios.
Each set of blowing-suction dust collector is equipped with air ducts, air blowing outlets and air supply outlets. Two sets of equipment work together to form an air circulation layer. Welding fumes rise when heated and are captured by the circulation layer into the dust removal host. After HEPA filter element filtration, the air meets indoor emission standards, achieving efficient welding fume extraction and purification in the workshop. The HEPA filter ensures 99.9% filtration efficiency for fine dust particles.
