  • Lower Energy Costs

     
    1. The PLC monitors the air pressure in the pipeline according to the number of valves opened, and commands the inverter to adjust the frequency according to the target air pressure. The inverter controls the fan speed, and the real-time air pressure in the pipeline is fed back to the HMI, thereby reducing energy consumption while ensuring the dust removal effect.     

  • Electric Control Cabinet

     
    1. Independent electric control cabinet can be installed at any location according to the site conditions, which is convenient for users to operate and observe the equipment operation status at any time.
    2.The electric control cabinet uses high-quality housing and brand electrical components to ensure reliability and safety.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.     

  • Flame-retardant Nano Filter

     
    1. Imported Ahlstrom brand flame-retardant nano fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9% and large filtering area, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
    2.Higher filter area, lower velocity.

  • Modular Structure

     
    1. The modular structure can be freely combined according to working conditions to ensure the scalability of power and filtration area.
    2. The pressure rod type dust collection bucket has built-in casters for easy dumping.
