Mobile Two-Arm Fume Extractor

This mobile welding fume extractor is designed for industrial smoke in welding, it is lightweight and flexible, easy to operate. Using PTFE polyester fiber material cartridge filter, the filter efficiency up to 0.3um 99.99%. The extraction arm rotates 360 degrees and all adjustments are tooless.

Mobile Fume Extractor with Two Extraction Arms

The extraction arm is used of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth steel tubing make this fume extraction arm easy to work with and keep it near the source of the air contaminants. So contaminants including dust, fumes, smoke and more are removed right at their source.

    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Flame-retardant PTFE Coated Filter

     
    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
